Liming beliefs. We all have them - those little voices in our head that tell us we're not good enough, that we can't do something, or that we'll never be successful. These beliefs can hold us back from achieving our goals and living our best life. But the good news is, they can be overcome.

Paige Brown's Hero Method is all about breaking through your limiting beliefs so that you can gain clarity, focus, balance, strength, momentum, and continued success.

Meet Paige Brown:

"I help to create a foundation for Entrepreneurs and Executives who are going through periods of transition to be able to continue growth and success. Transitions can be a growing family, divorce, new business venture, promotion, change in location and expansion. Whatever the transition is, the foundation is the key to managing the stress, anxiety, doubt, unbalance and ceasing of momentum that can occur during this phase. Being able to gain clarity, focus, balance, strength, momentum and continued success is maintained from my 6 pillar framework and eyes on the outside." - Paige Brown

What is the Hero Method

The power to break through your limiting beliefs lies within you. The hero method is about owning your power and rescuing yourself - not waiting for someone to come and fix you.

H - Hurts

E - Emotions

R - Rewrite/Reframe

O - Overcome

Limiting Beliefs

Limiting Beliefs has become a bit of a buzz word. They are one of the biggest barriers to achieving success. They keep us from taking risks, trying new things, and reaching our full potential. The power to break through our limiting beliefs lies within each and every one of us. We can choose to take action and shape our own realities - however we want them to look.

Limiting beliefs are often not your own beliefs. They are given to you by someone else - your parents, grandparents, teachers ... there are a lot of people who can influence the beliefs that have become indoctrinated into your mind. Once you realize that YOU have the power to create new beliefs - the game completely changes.

Processing Emotions

Letting go of emotions, just letting them come out and happen, is a powerful. We've been taught to hide our emotions, keep them suppressed, but this is dangerous. Processing emotions is healthy.

There are a lot of emotions that build up over time as a result of past traumas, beliefs, and experiences. Those emotions tend to come out in the wrong way to the wrong people unless you are given the opportunity to process them effectively. Part of Paige's Hero Method is giving women the time, space, and tools they need to process their emotions in an effective way so that they can rewrite their stories and overcome the challenges of their past.

Changing Perspectives

There is nothing we can do to change the past. However, we can choose to take our negative experiences and see how they have affected us in a positive way. Rather than being resentful of the negative things that have happened in our past, we can choose to be grateful for what those negative experiences have given us.

Focusing on the Present

When you focus on the present, you're in control of your own life. You can choose what to focus on and how to react to the events that happen around you. When you're lost in the past or worried about the future, you're not really living - you're just existing.

We can't change what has happened, but we can choose how we want our here and now to look like. You have the power to let go of who you were and embrace who you are and want to be.

The Hero Method, developed by Paige Brown, is a process for breaking through limiting beliefs and processing emotions in order to change your perspective and focus on the present. The video above goes into more detail about how this works and why Paige is so passionate about what she does.
