Once I got married, then it was time to have a baby. Once I had a baby, I was in a mad rush to “get my body back.” Once my career was successful, I started a business. Once that business was successful, I started another one. While the ride has been incredible - it still left me feeling like a piece of me was missing.
It wasn’t until I changed the focus from OUTSIDE to INSIDE did I start to see a massive transformation in all areas of my life. And that's what this retreat is about.

Sarah Buehner has over 18 years of education and experience helping others to heal, grow, and live their best lives possible, and also supports mission-driven business owners in creating a business that allows them to thrive all while continuing to help others.
Sarah is an Intuitive, Life & Business Coach, Energy Guide, Usui & Karuna® Reiki Master/Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner, Certified Angelic Life Coach, and expert in Human Design and Astrology, as well as a Masters Level Social Worker and former licensed therapist.

I started my career in the software industry after earning my masters degree, as an Account Manager and when I left the industry I made it all the way to VP, Sales & Marketing. 8 years ago, my life changed forever. My husband got headhunted and we moved from Toronto to Vancouver.

You will stay at a nearby hotel (or at your home if you are local to KC).
What to Expect: Arrive on Wednesday and head to a nearby hotel to relax and get ready for a magical experience.
Thursday and Friday will be a deep dive into YOU, your business, and your goals.
On Thursday evening, we’ll host dinner at our home. On Friday evening, we’ll have a fun dinner out on the town and attend The Plaza Art Fair.
On Saturday, you will return home… as the new (true) version of you.
