OUR MISSION

Be in the Room is a movement for women of action who rebel against the status quo and create their own version of success.

It's a safe space where you are not judged by your accomplishments, but rather who you want to become.

Our Core Values

01.

Unapologetic

As women, we're constantly apologizing.

🖤 We apologize when we're in someone's way at the grocery store.

🖤 We apologize when our kids are acting up.

🖤 We apologize when the house is a mess.

🖤 We apologize for being too loud.

🖤 We apologize for being too picky.

🖤 We apologize for being honest about not liking something.

We apologize for things that are completely out of our control or for simply being OURSELVES.

In this Room, we're unapologetically ourselves. 100% of the time.

02.

Community

Be in the Room is about COMMUNITY.

🖤 It's a community of women who are the best version of themselves - regardless of what others think.

🖤 Women who are committed to hitting their goals - no matter what obstacles they face or how hard it becomes.

🖤 Women who are constantly showing up to make things happen however they can during their current season of life.

🖤 We are creating a community of women who fearless, determined, and willing to do whatever it takes to be the best at whatever it is they do.

03.

Both/And

We've been programmed to believe that our lives have to be EITHER/OR.

🖤 You can be a good mom OR have a killer career.

🖤 You can be a good wife OR a badass business owner.

🖤 You can be a good Christian OR be wealthy.

🖤 You can climb the ladder OR sacrifice your personal life.

IT'S NOT TRUE.

Which is why Be in the Room is about BOTH/AND.

You can be both. You can have both. AND you can be amazing at it.

04.

REINVENTION

So many women are afraid to change things in their life in fear of what others will think.

🖤 What will people think if I choose a new career at 30?

🖤 What will people think if I leave my (toxic) spouse I've been married to for 10 years?

🖤 What will people think if I no longer want the promotion and would rather take a step back?

🖤 What will people think if I TAKE the promotion and spend less time with my family?

🖤 What will people think if I quit my job to start my own business?

Here's a question for you is... WHO CARES?

In this Room, we aim to normalize reinvention.
